Nylon filament is a strong durable material, it has high mechanical strength, resistant to wear, resistant to oil, grease and scratches, suitable for engineered parts such as gears.
Thanks to its solubility in water, it is ideal as a support material, since the support structures can be washed away by water. A dissolution of the material at a water temperature of 21°C takes several hours. The dissolution time can be significantly reduced by increasing the temperature.

HIPS - High Impact Polystyrene, offers similar 3D printing properties as ABS filament, and it can be used to create both standalone objects or as a support for ABS printed parts.
